Drintec™ low-pressure CO2 dissolver
DrinTec™ low-pressure CO2 dissolver system consists of the following elements:
1) The dissolver tank has the following features:
- The CO2 is dosed at counter-current.
- Water velocity inside the dissolver is such that the bubbles are not dragged away.
- Has no risk of lossing CO2 at the top of the dissolver.
- Allows for control the non-dissolved CO2 at the outlet of the dissolver.
- Has a special CO2 diffuser that provides very fine exudation in a very large diffuser area.
- The dissolver has internal devices that facilitate the mixing of CO2 microbubbles.
- Made with materials and adhesives approved for use in drinking water.
2) The CO2 diffuser has the following characteristics:
- A pore size that allows dosing with minimal differential pressure.
- The distance between the pores of the diffuser allows even distribution of the microbubbles.
- It has a design that allows the application of substantial quantities of CO2.
- Made with materials and adhesives approved for use in drinking water.
3) The bubble sensor has the following characteristics:
- It is located at a point that allows the capture of the CO2 that is not dissolved.
- It is constructed of transparent material to allow monitoring.
- Has a gas purging device.
