DrinTec™ Solutions Company Ltd. focuses on post-treatment of desalinated water. In this field, the company is world leader not only because of its innovative solutions but also because of its experience in large and small projects as well.
DrinTec™ has the ability to design custom plants, emphasizing on quality and customer service. We always offer ongoing support during the various phases of the project and its implementation.
DrinTec™ supplies patented parts and equipment directly related to the remineralization of desalinated water. It also provides engineering support during the tender phase.
In addition to products developed for post-treatment of desalinated water, DrinTec™ has made progress in designing new devices associated with that post-treatment such as the low pressure dissolver of CO2, and special pipe underdrains with filtering limpets.
The origin of DrinTec™ Solutions
Since its inception in 1998, the Foundation Centro Canario del Agua (FCCA) has been conducting R&D work for the water sector and more so in the process of remineralization of desalinated water.
Today the FCCA is a leading research institution in this field worldwide, having created a series of patents and utility models that have achieved great impact on the desalination industry.
Thus, in 2009, the FCCA created DrinTec™ Solutions Company Ltd. in order to make the commercialization of patents and developments of the FCCA and collaborate in R&D that may be necessary to complete the various developments.
